Dear Friends, Celebrate: to show happiness that something good or special has happened. Our Something from the Heart Campaign is a celebration of this community’s support of its neighbors. Due to your support of the Needs Council over the past 28 years, many good and special people’s lives have been blessed. People come to the Needs Council fearful, often in despair. Some need a little help with a winter utility bill. Others require more long term assistance with budgeting, counseling, or advice on leaving an abusive relationship.
